My fave!
I had to leave without my drink after paying for it because I waited over 15 minutes and they haven't even started making it. Incredibly slow and careless. Baristas clearly had no sense of efficiency.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The drive through lane was long and barely moved for the longest time. I went inside to order my drinks and still waited at least 20 minutes. I ordered and the staff was rude from the beginning and moved slow making drinks. I was on my way to an appointment and left my 2nd drink. No one has time for this. Do your job. Stop hanging out and conversing when you should be making drinks. Disappointed and this location needs work.
Drive thru is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been in.. the manager just said, they’re just slow with service. Wow!
