This morning we went there to get some coffee and the lady at the window was very rude, I do not her name but I ordered a caramel hot latte and she couldn’t understand my English, I clearly have an accent but I’m fluent and my friend who tried to help with the order and who doesn’t have any accent asked her for the same thing and she couldn’t understand either which is okay but the way that she was asking it was really mean.
