Asked for 2 ICED drink and she re read my order and it was correct. I get to the window and I receive 2 HOT drinks, and I tell her we ordered 2 ICED drinks and she said no I didn’t. I don’t rember her name but she was also rude. Don’t order her if you like ICED drinks.

I had the medicine ball, it did exactly what I needed it to do, soothe my throat from this weather change (summer to fall ).
I went in to get work done and purchased a latte in my personal cup. Later on I realized my water bottle was empty and needed to take my medication, I went up to the counter to ask for a cup of water on my way out and was told by a young lady that “unfortunately Starbuck’s new policy is that you have to make a purchase in order to get a free cup of water” I showed her my cup with the purchase sticker on it from earlier and she told me that she’d have to ask her manager.
