Not impressed. Ordered a latte through the drive through and first go around they put 4 pumps of classic syrup in it when i ordered plain. Then when they remade it and we were driving away taking the first sip it tasted terrible, like hot water with some frothed milk (no coffee taste). I didn't want to turn around and go back because the workers there seemed to be having a bad day and we didn't feel welcome at all (no greetings, smiles, etc). so i went to the starbucks on woodruff rd near target and they were amazing, remade... read more
Didn't acknowledge me as I came through the door. Was picking up an order for a customer and the order was ready but no senses of urgency. I waited about 3 minutes before getting staff attention because no one acknowledge me. She said someone will bag it for you and she continue doing what she was doing. I waited a little longer and decided to just cancel the order and leave.
Very friendly, got my order right & great customer service
Worst customer service I have seen at any other Starbucks, staff don’t even acknowledge when you walk. I was picking an order and stood there for 10 mins when a finally a young lady asked me if I was looked after and and when I said no she asked my name and my order was sitting there all Salim fir 10 mins and the young lady gave me my order and I thanked her but no response from her she just turned away and walked. Staff need to be retrained regarding customer service
