The manager approached me while i was making a mobile order outside at the chairs. She said leave or make tge order with her. My kids had all their stuff pucked out already but she insisted on telling me to leave. I been married 23 years, five kids and im a veteran. Im asking all veterans to boycott this location until i confirm this store manager is relocated.
I started this review out with one star, and I went back and erased everything I had to say. I will not share the reason behind my disappointment. However, they have a DM name, Jackie, that rectified everything while I was in the store, and I appreciate them and their management style. They allowed their staff to take responsibility for their actions. And this is very commendable.
