Wasted 30 minutes on these people waiting for my peppermint mocha. Service was terrible. They had the look of misery and discomfort on their faces. I guess serving coffee all day stresses them out. I’m done with Starbucks mediocre products anyways.
My bad. Pre-order before getting there and both drive thru and parking lot were crazy busy. About 20+ min in line waiting. Other than that everything was good.
They always make the best drinks. I never have a bad day when go to this starbucks. Great service and amazing atmosphere .
Extremely slow Starbucks place. I dont think I've found another place that is this slow. It took them 17 minutes at the window to make a tall frappe. No wonder starbucks is losing money.
I had ordered a white chocolate mocha for red cup day and was told it didn’t qualify for the cup even though it was listed as an option on the app
