Customer service sucks! Never once greeted. The workers look at us like we were and Inconvience. Upon ordering the girl had an attitude with face looking like she hated her job.
every time i go i feel sorry for the baristas and supervisors . i’m confused on why they’re never staffed if they are so busy, i usually go around the evenings and only see 3 workers when the lobby and drive thru is full, if the atmosphere is bad i blame corporate and the higher ups for not supporting their workers. my recommendation would be either hiring more ppl or hiring a better person to run this store bc this is just ridiculous.
