We had a banana bread match and it taste it like nothing we get it every day so we now the taste and after we told them and they added milk but it still dosent taste good. And the server got mad. At Saturday 8:50am.
I ordered an iced Chai. They said they were out of one of the flavors they use and suggested I put vanilla in its place. Then they charged me extra. My grande drink $9 almost $10. I absolutely never go back.
Tori is amazing!! She was so kind and gracious to these older ladies who needed a bit more extra help! Her customer service was above and beyond. Overall an amazing employee and deserve the recognition for her hard work!!
Over priced and horrible service may as well go to McDonald's or burger king. This place has become obsolete. You can get the same products just about anywhere now. Overrated for sure far better coffees elsewhere
