Reliable
They take orders online that they can’t fill because of some excuse. Then they tell you to contact customer service for a refund! I would add that the ‘baristas’ were completely indifferent and unhelpful.
Employees on duty messed up my order, didn’t apologize at all then proceeded to tell me that if i wanted it fixed i would need to reenter the line and reorder when the line was about 15 people long now, for a MISTAKE THE EMPLOYEE MADE, now my day was inconvienced. Employees need to be kinder, and better listeners. This Happened today around 8:30am
If I could leave zero stars I would. Black girl working tonight on April 11th @7:40pm refused to make my drink. Stated she had already cleaned everything being that you do not close until 8pm. I am highly disappointed as I needed a medicine ball for my sick child and was not able to get that due to your staff closing before they should have. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
