The slowest Starbucks ever created. Avg wait time 15 mins, with some trips being 25. Which insane bc there is always 6-10 ppl behind the counter. 1 person makes the drinks. 1 person takes orders. The rest, wipe the counter or put muffins in the microwave IG
Online orders are down like 90% of the time so can't even order
I don’t come to this Starbucks often. This time, however, there was an employee named Jesse running the register. He was extremely friendly and I can tell he enjoys his job! Each person that comes to the register is met with a smile and a “hi how are you?” Also, he was recommending people to download the app to get stars which can be redeemed for free drinks or food! Just a positive experience!
