Very friendly and great service.
Ordered a Pike and it was VERY weak, not at all like a typical Starbucks medium roast. Staff were great and offered to make a new one. But they just got the new one from the same batch! Didn’t have time to argue or wait for a pour over as I was on my way to appointment.
