I got scammed here. I used stars to exchange for my merch, but the staff used all of my money from the gift card instead. I was told the money would be returned in a few business days, but it never came back. I'm too tired of going up there repeatedly just to hear the same excuse to keep waiting. I call a drink that cost me 5.50$. They only put 3/4 of the drink on the venti cup which is not right. I told them that normally it fully and it the same price 5.50$ . So I ask them if u can put more in or I willing to pay extra. They said they didn’t know and then need to ask the Manager and come out charger me 1.25$ more for just fill the little more to be full which is crazy. I bought Chesse Danish and my Espresso. I wanna try new recipe but it's not good. It's my bad so I ordered another drink with the same recipe but it's sweeter. The barista who name Pruthvi. He told me he can reamke it for me. I don't need to order new drink. He is professional service. Thank you so much!
