Parking lot was scary, coffee, as always, was great.
There was only one worker had me standing there for 10 mins I was the only costumer , asked for a caramel frap just for her to say “we can’t make Frappuccino’s rn” she was just in a bad mood in general. Terrible costumer service

Starbucks as a whole is just Dumb!!! Ask for my Friday pastries to go, lady literally removes them from sealed bag to place them in a paper bag, after I told them I wanted them to go! I asked her why she would do that? Made no sense…she stated that is what Starbucks wants her to do! So let me get this straight Starbucks, no straws, but if you ask for one it’s a paper straw in a plastic bag! What sense did it make to use two bags for a desert treat!
