Kayla was extremely rude. Refused to make a drink the way it was ordered. Continued arguing about it and call the police. I asked for iced latte with a little bit of milk. I got an iced latte full of milk. I came to the person who I requested from and told them that. He agreed with me asked her to make it again. She refused. * summary - staff arguing with customer about making the wrong drink* Im absolutely still in shock & quite frankly shaken up about the encounter I just had. Ive been to this location a handful of times in the last couple of weeks, ordering the same drink. The staff has up to now always been friendly & welcoming. Much faster than the other location at the end of the parking lot and very friendly service
Me and my friends drink came out perfect. Was made with love and the lady was really nice.
