* summary - staff arguing with customer about making the wrong drink* Im absolutely still in shock & quite frankly shaken up about the encounter I just had. Ive been to this location a handful of times in the last couple of weeks, ordering the same drink. The staff has up to now always been friendly & welcoming. Much faster than the other location at the end of the parking lot and very friendly service
Me and my friends drink came out perfect. Was made with love and the lady was really nice.
I placed a pick up order, I usually go through drive through but this time i placed pick up. Going to pick up my order I was disgusted at the site. I ordered 2 drinks, a sandwich and yogurt. There were 3 other orders. Just thrown on the counter. I could have easily walked away with someone else’s order. No organization, no bags, stoppers or cup holders. I had to ask for them all. My sandwich was all wet b/c it was just sitting on a nasty counter w/ no bag. My drinks weren’t even made correctly. They need a better pick up sys... read more
