Super slow service! 2 employees both are lazy waiting 25 minutes
Always a great stop on our way to and from Detroit.
I may be wrong but it was like they were moving in quick sand. I have seen moss grow quicker. Waited over 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches that just needed to be put in the microwave.
For some reason the drinks taste much less flavorful at this location, and their espresso drinks are always much lighter in color than other places. I am always kind and patient because it isn’t the staffs fault they are short handed, but the drinks do not compare in quality with other locations, whether it’s staff training or product availability, I would rather take the extra 10 minutes to drive to Maumee where it’s not hit or miss.
The baristas here make great drinks. Never disappoint. Very friendly.
