We ordered our drinks through drive through and am upset because only 1 of the 2 drinks came out the way we ordered them. I had ordered the new Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso w Horchata cold foam, I always order a grande but ask for it in a venti cup so they have more room to add all the cold foam and I asked for light ice. I received regular ice and my drink in the grande, but the other drink we ordered that was also a grande in a venti came out the way we ordered it. Ordered a strawberry açaí refresher with water on the app for delivery. I got all my other drinks (pink drink, dragonfruit refresher, and shaken espresso) correct but I got a pink lemonade instead of the strawberry acai refresher. Nothing else in it, no strawberry açaí refresher mix in it but just pink lemonade which I didn’t even want lemonade in it anyways.
