this is consistently the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. all of the employees are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. the morning managers are great but everyone else is rude and seems like they don't even know how to do their job. they never get the orders right. they're mean when you (politely) ask for them to fix it. they also routinely close 30 minutes early and let you wait in line for like 20 minutes before saying anything, even though they should still be open.
