This place is just a disaster. I’m guilty of allowing this incompetence to succeed because I go here semi regularly since you can use campus balance. But that doesn’t mean I think it’s a well run establishment, quite the opposite. It regularly if not the majority of the time will take 30 minutes+ to get an order ready. this is consistently the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. all of the employees are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. the morning managers are great but everyone else is rude and seems like they don't even know how to do their job. they never get the orders right. they're mean when you (politely) ask for them to fix it. they also routinely close 30 minutes early and let you wait in line for like 20 minutes before saying anything, even though they should still be open.
