Always disappointed when I go to this location but today it was unfriendly enough to leave a review. Ordered on the app, was given the wrong drinks. Let them know it was wrong and went to pull up my order as Tamara made a rude comment about my face and argued that this is what I ordered. Then she was told she read the ticket wrong and made the wrong drink, instead of apologizing she blamed it on a man making the ticket abbreviations, then made the right drink but loudly complained how annoying these drinks are to make. One of the ladies working there, I didn't catch her name but I wish I did so I could warn you, is extremely rude. I like to usually get an extra straw to share my drink with my daughter. Two times she has been extremely rude over me asking for a straw!!!The first time I said, "Could I please have an extra straw." She told me no, but then gave me the straw. If I could give this starbucks a 0 I would. These ladies in starbucks at city market have the worst attitudes in the world.They really should think about switching their jobs, because they seem to not like making coffee or working for with people.This is the worst starbucks i've ever been in. To theresa and the taller lady get an other ya suck.
I love coffee, but the service is very bad in the morning. The lady was very rude to me and when I asked for a straw she made gestures at me. I didn't like that my day started like that.
