There was a dog inform of their entrance, so I tried to order a sink through the drive thru, like you can with other coffee stands, and I was told I had to come in to order. I explained the dog, and pointed out that I also walked a dog there, and they just deferred to policy. I get where the employees are coming from, but that’s just bad management.
I recently had one of the most disappointing and disheartening experiences at this Starbucks location. When I arrived, my order was prepared carelessly — the food was sloppy and clearly not made with the same standard of care I’ve experienced at other stores.
