Management, today I went into your Starbucks store after a hiatus and my experience was not so pleasant. I hate doing these types of reviews but I hope this can be a coaching opportunity for one of your employees. Her name is ANIA. At first, I was extremely happy that I was finally going to be able to sip into some of your coffee but then, this happened: I had ordered a brown sugar grande and asked for light ice. Although the girls are nice, the amount of ice in the drinks are insane. You'd think I would've asked for extra ice with how much ice there was in the drink. I ordered a venti and my drink was filled almost to the lid with ice. Considering I spent $7 on one drink alone, I think it's ridiculous I got that much ice in it.
Unlike other locations . This location was very fair with people who were waiting in line . Waited for this bearista cup . And everything was nice and orderly . The workers here followed the rules didn’t buy them for themselves to beat the customers . They were very understanding and kind as well even putting a limit of one per customer . I really appreciate yall for that thank you 🥹
Took 20 min to get my drink cuz the red haired person is too busy working on his own personal recipe to hand out as samples. That’s cute and all but I would rather be able to get my order timely. If you don’t have anyone working with you, leave the pet projects for TikTok
Unfortunately this location has roaches. I saw several dead ones as I was ordering. Decided to just go to another location.
