Today I visited this store and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The cashier, Jinx, displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude. She was not willing to properly listen to my order and instead acted based on her own assumptions. I requested a matcha with oat milk in a cup, but it was served in a paper cup and made with almond milk, ignoring my request.
