First of it was not Amanda who helped me, it was a long hair with glasses asian guy named Will. He was arguing with the customer before me, and he tried giving me attitude I told him to reset from the previous interaction and to not be rude! He just starred at me with a rude face when I was trying to skip the tip thinking it was touch screen, until I pressed the X red button worked.
