Ordered a drink today on my way to work as normal, and accidentally received the wrong drink. I had to pull around and wait in the drive thru again to get it remade. One of the staff at the window asked to see my sticker and then snatched the drink out of my hand. It was clearly made wrong so I’m not sure why. I was going to bring the old wrong drink to my friend at work, but she never gave it back. They had me park in a parking spot and wait for the new drink which she walked out. I ordered for my staff a few weeks ago and Alana and Lily were the sweetest! They not only labeled each item, but they added little stars, hearts, smiley faces, etc to each of our cups! In the middle of a long shift, it made such a nice touch. The ladies were very helpful and respectful at pickup as well, making sure the ordering process went smoothly. Group orders can be difficult, but they handled it efficiently and with ease.
Angie and her crew are amazing! I spilled my morning coffee outside my car so I came back in around noon to get another one (it’s Monday and I needed the caffeine) and I was just joking with them how I spilled it and needed another and she gave me my second coffee on the house!! That was really amazing customer service I didn’t expect it but I APPRECIATE IT!!! Thank you very much. I’m one happy customer! Highly recommend this location.
Terrible customer service. I asked for specific things to be added to the coffee and they back talked on why I would add sugar to an iced coffee. It wont resolve he said. Listen do your job and don't question people's orders. 2 times now I have had terrible customer service. Oh and they have no straws for whatever reason. Ill drive to the southside from now on
