I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at Starbucks. I stopped in this afternoon and there were three employees working, and the store was completely empty. I had already spent $40 on coffee when my son called and asked me to grab him a Frappuccino. I went back up to the counter to order one simple drink. Kristin is the best!!
Today I was with Rowley and I was thirsty for a Coffee. Tommy was making heavy eye contact with my little brother Manny and I was a little concerned but I didn’t care. Me and Rowley ordered a frappe and a sandwich. The frappe was delicious! The sandwich tho burnt my tongue and I screamed! “Rowley got jumpscared by my scream and yelled “ZOO WE MAMA” Overall great experience!! Definitely gonna go back. Thanks Tom! Employee of the year 🥇
