I use to be a regular here, and I came back to this establishment after being gone for a while and to my surprise the service was horrible. Truly horrible. An employee (I believe the working manager at this district) named Sarah was truly rude, unpleasant, and unwelcoming. employees had, and always have, a great attitude. theyre always willing to help and answer any extra questions I have, like how I can bring my own cup ect.
Loved my latte and the chocolate chip cookies. Very helpful barista. Helped me order smoothly and made sure my drink was decaf. Laidback atmosphere to relax and read.
