Their service is terrible! I asked for my drink made with Lemonade and they made it with water and i nicely ask for it to be re made and they say they can’t do that? So I ask for a refund, they also don’t do that! I work in service I’m not stupid! Those girls were just rude!

Every time I go in this one I say extra caramel and half the time the person there doesn't do it, but I pay for it each time. I've been nice and not had them redo it, but Im about to start having yall redo it. This applies also to when I say LINE THE CUP. Dont be dumping it in the bottom and leaving it there! Then i have to take a spoon and get it out of the bottom or thats ALL that comes thru the straw. Its disgusting. If you did it right Id be thrilled and itd taste perfect and I wouldnt be writing a review.
