Ordered in store. Waited patiently for my order to be taken I was the only person waiting at register. Barista was busy understandable making food orders. I placed my order and I always order a hot drink and I also ordered food. Went to the restroom when I came back there was an iced drink on the counter. I would like to spend more time(money) here if the AC is not always turned up so cold. it was winter and the AC was blowing cold air in the seating area. I saw people left soon afterwards
Waited 30 mins in the drive thru. Of course the drink was already melting and needed to be made over. I feel terrible for the short staffing. Please do better
