The workers seem disengaged. My drink never comes out right. This is all types of drinks. When I finally spoke up on my last order, the worker brushed it off that they are making it right vs other Starbucks. For instance, I ordered a grande coffee in a venti cup with cold foam. All other Starbucks know that the larger cup means room for cold foam. Instead, this store leaves almost 4" of missing product. Ordered in store. Waited patiently for my order to be taken I was the only person waiting at register. Barista was busy understandable making food orders. I placed my order and I always order a hot drink and I also ordered food. Went to the restroom when I came back there was an iced drink on the counter. I assumed of course it was not mine because I didn’t order an ice drink. I finally look at the ice drink. It had my name on it and it also says that I ordered iced which I don’t order. I would like to spend more time(money) here if the AC is not always turned up so cold. it was winter and the AC was blowing cold air in the seating area. I saw people left soon afterwards
