Great location! One barista, Sandi, was always super nice and brightened my day whenever I saw her. She complimented me and was really understanding and helpful. I'm moving states soon and I'm gonna miss seeing her everyday!
Undercooked impossible patties
Second time I've been here, but it was a bad enough experience that I won't be going back. I ordered a grande iced latte, and patiently waited 25 minutes before saying something, because another person came in, ordered a drink, and received it before I'd even received mine. The barista told me my drink was already made, and pointed to a hot drink on the pick-up shelf (as if I should have known that was for me), and tried making me take it, even though the drink itself was incorrect. The workers seem disengaged. My drink never comes out right. This is all types of drinks. When I finally spoke up on my last order, the worker brushed it off that they are making it right vs other Starbucks. For instance, I ordered a grande coffee in a venti cup with cold foam. All other Starbucks know that the larger cup means room for cold foam. Instead, this store leaves almost 4" of missing product.
