I asked a tall girl with dark hair on Sunday September 6th at 10:55am if I could please get the cose to the bathroom. She looked straight at me and asked, did you purchase something? I said yah its in my car, which I purchased from another Starbucks this morning but you have got to be kidding me??? Is she the toilet security now? I am a senior citizen, at the least have some respect.
Honestly, its the best Starbucks ive been to. They know me well, they've given me free things, and they're the nicest people ive ever seen (besides for my parents). I used to go to here before school multiple days, but now that I dont go to the school nearby I dont see them often, and I wish I could.
I just give the order and i have to wait for nearly 40 minutes.
Via drive thru I Ordered hot chai tea without foam with 3 extra pumps of chai syrup, 2 PACKETS OF HONEY and NO FOAM. Tasted more like PLAIN hot milk with a one packet of sugar. WORST Sbux drink EVER. Parked my car and went inside. They explained to me that there have been changes on this particular item which was a bad move! Changes= LESS CHAI, LESS FLAVOR, ARTIFICIAL SYRUP!
