Went here yesterday between 10am-11am and my experience was less than pleasant. There was a middle aged white woman with a high ponytail berating some young barista about mopping the floor. All while holding her index finger up to me as if to indicate “wait your turn”. I won’t be giving my money to this location anymore. If you’re that comfortable abusing your employees in front of customers that you’re being openly rude to, I can’t imagine how your employees are treated behind closed doors. Worst experience ever I got a Chai Latte drink it taste like water and milk not Latte at all they did not even add sugar at all very disappointing with Starbucks these days I work so hard for my money and thats how they treat me as customer I am very kind and I don't deserve it
