If I could’ve given no stars I would’ve done it. This store is an absolute disaster, you can literally find better coffee at Mcdonalds. I paid extra for cold foam in my shaken espresso, well let me tell u this, it was more like WATER than sweet cream and let’s not talk about the drink itself who tasted nothing like a shaken espresso and had no brown sugar syrup. Do not waste your money here.
Mary J made my day! She had Christmas antlers and was super friendly. Made my drink exactly the way I want it, and said “I’ll remember next time! I’ll see you coming and I’ll know. I got you!” We had a conversation and everything, despite the line. She went above and beyond despite the line. I was impressed. Best Starbucks experience I’ve had!
worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. waited 16 minutes for a frappuccino and they kept making people who ordered after me orders instead of mine. and the thing didn’t even taste like mocha or cookie crumble for some reason there was 5 employees and only one of them was making coffees and the rest were standing talking to the manager about how “their store is #1 in the region” hard to believe i paid 8.65 for a grande. that’s what. pay for a venti any other location.
cold foam was watery ruined my WHOLE day i paid one extra dollar for MILK IN MY PINK DRINK. 😡
