Can't rate the food/drink because I never got waited on. No one was there when I showed up at 7:45, waited 5 min when the person working walked by, never said a word to me. She proceeded to fill the coffee machine and do other things. After another 3 minutes of waiting with no response I left. I was surprised there was no line when I showed up, not surprised after I saw the service.
Its my daughters birthday and she always gets the same drink from Starbucks and just wanted that for her birthday. The manager took her order she wouldn't listen to her and was just assuming her order. She was rude and wouldn't just listen so her drink didnt taste good!! She was rude and pushy. Negative 10 points do better. We love Jeanie tho she always does it right listens and is so patient. She works so hard!! She is trying her best to make it a better place!!! I love Starbucks to start with but these girls were so sweet and helpful. Absolutely recommend it!
