I ordered the new vanilla cream protein latte. There were two girls behind the counter had no idea how to make this drink! She kept asking the other girl who looked frustrated. I guess I should have tasted the drink before I left the store but I waited till I I got down the road and it was horrible! I asked for two pumps of vanilla so it would not be so sweet but I don't think she put any in it at all! I have never had this experience before at any starbucks!
This Starbucks is inside Ingles, the coffee is excellent the service was perfect, very pleased. Stopped here for a coffee and a slice of the Banana bread. The coffee and bread were very good. But the staff working today (2:00 7/29) were just short of amazing organized very efficient and just the nicest barista's I've had the pleasure of ordering from. This made the experience just perfection.
The place has many employees and it took a lot of time to make one small coffee
I don't know why some of them let me use the app to scan and pay and some won't. The girl today said that because they're set up on Ingles system they can't scan it, but I've done it before. I didn't argue with her I just paid her cash for it but I probably won't be going back to this location
