The Starbucks inside Kroger in Circleville is a hidden gem! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and quick to prepare orders just right. Whether I’m grabbing coffee or trying a seasonal special, the drinks are consistently delicious. The convenience of having a Starbucks inside Kroger makes shopping so much better—it’s the perfect spot to get a little pick-me-up. I was standing in line, waiting to place my order,just one drink mind you. And when I got up to the counter, the older looking employee, I'm assuming manager, was just chatting it up with a male customer standing by the counter for to go orders. I waited for a long time and then when I said something about how long the wait was, she rolled her eyes and slammed a drink down on the counter. Very poor managerial skills.

I never write reviews so this saying a lot from me. But the girls at this location did not follow the directions I had given them and when brought to their attention they said there was nothing they could do to correct it? Not even a refund. So I would highly recommend not coming to this location I would recommend just going to the one on 23!
