I ordered the cherry chai latte with oat milk and no ice, but for some reason I was up charged $1 just because I asked for no ice. I’ve always ordered my drinks with no ice because I have sensitive teeth and I’ve never been up charged before. The lady at the register also had a poor attitude but the stars I did give is for the lovely guy making the drinks. He was very kind and very efficient. She also said they couldn’t scan for points which I’ve also never had as an issue before but that was just weird.
Service is great! However they never have wht I want. Their always out of everything, or they cannot make certian drinks due to someone not doing there job right the day before
Employees are well-meaning and polite, however, the coffee served is frequently piss-warm
