Just bought my wife a French press and was asking about how to purchase coarse grounds. We didn’t know so we asked. Simple. The barista was rude and was set on not understanding our question. She then with an attitude finally explains it, followed by rolling her eyes! So rude. I’ve had several good experiences here but today this Barista “Kandy” makes me want to avoid this Starbucks all together.

When I first approached the counter the barista (Sebastian) didn’t greet me or ask for my order he just stared at me until I had to ask if he was ready for the order. I asked for two drinks with oat milk, but when I received them they were made incorrect/tasted awful. I double checked the label & oat milk wasn’t listed. I didn’t go to Starbucks, but my experience at Starbucks has been less than favorable. I’m against paying a ridiculous amount of money for a cup of coffee, so I just make my coffee at home
