This was the worst Starbucks I ever visited. I was at RDU airport and ordered a latte. I waited over 15 minutes while they served orders made after mine. The barista was nasty when I asked where my coffee was…I explained that my flight was boarding in 7 minutes They did not fill orders in any specific order. I will BOYCOTT Starbucks forever There are plenty of there coffee houses available

This was a great place until Starbucks decided to knock out over half of the electrical outlets - meaning its not possible plug your computer into them - meaning that probably 2/3rds of the time I come here there will not be an outlet available. I will start looking for other coffeeshops to go to.
I travel all over the country and my go to for my remote job is Starbucks. After so many different Starbucks I find this particular store to have the best staff, manager, work space and atmosphere by far. Although they are super busy with instore and drive thru the remain to be so positive and friendly. The drinks are always right on and the service amazing especially since they bring your drink and food to your table if you are staying. Wow a first. Kelsie’s staff is super friendly, great team leader on coaching the team , I see a bright future for this location, and her as an individual, I wasn’t hip on the hand dyer combination with the faucet , so I kept looking around to dry my hands thinking they didn’t have paper towels , my bad ;)) 5 stars still
The staff was bothered. One of the girls came over to my window and explained in an annoyed voice that we can rush drink that were just placed. Mind you I never asked for it and I would have just waited I just sat in my car confused as to why she came an told me that. Wonder if I was confused with another driver behind me. Then when I got my husband's drine and mine. Mine did not come with cold foam (mind you if I didnt pay extra I would have not cared.)
