The worst coffee ever, burned and bitter, horribly taste, it was no way to fix it
I had just flown in and needed a pick-up. The barista was incredibly friendly and welcoming - so appreciated!!! Also, the protein foam is awesome :)
Drive thru customer service is just bad. And I use my military star card for the discount purposes and this lady didn't even look and just ignore me when I was telling her its a military star card so here I go again not getting discount. And this is not the first time. But today she is just rude and I dont think should be working in this busy drive thru. Employees in this facility needs to be evaluated. If I could just put 0 for service that's what I put!
