Only a few minutes ago on this very morning, my daughter went to go pick up our order(she always places thru the app)and she also always orders whipped cream on her coffee. The girl who "served" her was a BLK female with an afro(I'm only mentioning race, because my daughter doesn't know her name? We are also BLK women as well)and when my daughter tried asking her for the whipped cream(that was already supposed to be added to her drink)the girl told her that she didn't order it.....but it was selected on the app order.
