Not really sure how to rate this. I work right next to Target so I come in often and see the same girl fairly often. Sarah. She is the sweetest! She has great customer service. Unfortunately today I saw her working a never-ending line of people by herself. The girl in front of me asked if she could give her a tip and she said she wasn’t allowed to take tips.
