I often place orders on the app, but multiple times, after waiting, I’m told the item isn’t available. It would be great if the app could show what’s out of stock so customers don’t waste time
Went to drive thru ordering a venti drink and received a small , got charged wrong and when I ask the girl at the window to correct it she shouted I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS. First off that’s what you was hired to do , I called asked for a manager to be told none was available, a supervisor I spoke with was amazing and offered to replace but I will not be returning to this location because of her employee attitude and the way I was treated. My daughter went through the drive-thru and paid with a $50 bill. She was given change as if she had paid with a $20. When she politely questioned it, she was immediately told that she was mistaken and that she had only handed over a $20. She was even told, “Trust me, I wouldn’t take your money.
