Girl working drive thru today around 3-4pm with black ponytail and glasses is sooo rude omg. Ordered one drink and she said anything else???? I couldn't even say i wanted whole milk instead without her interrupting. She then said it already comes with oat milk. So i said no whole milk and she said ok anything else? Got to the window and it was made with oat milk. Other drinks were wrong sizes and rang up incorrectly.
Asked for no ice since I have tooth sensitivity to cold right now paid over $7 bucks for a tall and they cant even fill the cup???? Ridiculous. And also got a ventie refresher no ice and dame thing. Paid over $23 for 2 drinks and sandwich and can't even get the cup full. Food is never ready when drinks are so you drink you whoel drink waiting for food. Most employees don't even acknowledge you.
