My order was wrong and when I asked for it to be remade, the team was clearly irritated and my new drink was terrible. Disappointing for a $7 drink.
The sensitive lady at the window got an attitude and said a nasty remark of “that wasn’t very nice” because I said in a polite way my drinks tasted watered down and she remade one of the two and she said she can’t take anything back when I asked her to remake the second one she was like “oh there was two actually give me both of them back” like I was lying… I told her yes please because they were disgusting I didn’t say it rudely but I’m not gonna pay $6 for a drink that doesn’t taste right when I’ve been getting them daily…... read more
