My experience at the Starbucks location 2458 Central Park Avenue in Yonkers last week was top notch because of an amazing employee named Isaiah. Isaiah wore all hats and ran every aspect of the process promptly - from ordering to receiving when things got hectic. He treated every customer like family with a smile and warmth. He stepped up more like the owner of the place vs an employee. Starbucks is VERY lucky to have him and this will be my new location if he’s there to run the show more often. Thanks Isaiah!
I had ordered a drink and after 15min I still didn’t have it while people who came after me were leaving the store. I worked as a barista in the past so understand it can get hectic however when I tried getting their attention I was ignored so I just asked for a refund even when I had left a tip as well just to end up getting poor service.
Ordered a sandwich no siracha that should have been mentioned when I stated I wanted the sauce . The shaken espresso drink isn’t made correctly instead of having the espresso pour into the glass shot jar it’s poured into the plastic cup , not shaken then the milk added . Employees shouldn’t half ass the process .
The service is great and there is a comfortable seating area.
