I've been coming here for many years and have never had a bad experience. The staff & manager are excellent.
The girl who took my order sierra was amazing she was so nice and fast the young boy making the drinks and the other 2 girls who were there with a line out the order and a bunch of people waiting for orders was to busy gossiping and very unwelcoming as I waited for my drink I noticed he took a label off of an already made drink and and put my name label on it so my drink wasn’t fresh and was a waste of money.
Absolutely one of the best Starbucks I have been to! The staff is super friendly, my order is always done to perfection. Will keep going back and back.
I've been a long time fan of Starbucks but these Starbucks are getting really nasty ,garbage is overflowing there's food and trash on the floor and tables dirty and the packets of sugar,milk are always running out and staff are behind the counter chatting away and it's not even busy
It’s hard when your store experiences gets ruined with poor service. While the girl who made our coffees was extremely nice the guy who was warming up the Banana loaf not only forgot to do it, but he had an attitude, when I thank him he just turned his face. This was one of my regular spots for coffee, unfortunately my last visit.
