The girls working here on morning shift simply have no idea what customer service is. Completely absent from their position here. Store had 3 customers sitting already served and I was the only one standing by the register she looked at me didn't even acknowledge i was waiting to order and kept minding her business only to say "I'll be right with you" after at least 7 minutes of us standing in front of the register. I was disappointed by my experience. For $14, I expected more from a medium chocolate mocha and a small matcha latte. The coffee fell short of my expectations, and it was served excessively hot. I’m not planning on returning.
