Didn’t want to work with $100 cash, only smaller amounts. But when an order for $50 was placed, suddenly they were willing to help. Wasted time for nothing, didn’t even get to drink coffee. Very disappointing.
My visit today was nothing short of perfect! The team at this store is absolutely the best Starbucks team I have ever encountered and I live in Dallas. Michael made hand down the best white chocolate mocha i’ve ever had, offered my daughter and I waters AND came around the bar and brought them to our table even though we were sitting right next to the bar. Terrible experience at this location today, and not the first time. Went through the drive through and ordered 2 oatmilk peppermint fraps because my wife has a serious milk allergy. Checked with the guy taking our order twice to ensure hers was for sure made without milk so she doesn't become sick. She drank a little more than half of it before realizing hers was made with milk and started feeling extremely sick. Why even have the option if youre just going to make it with milk anyways?
