The way workers attentively greet customers is A+. The staff are friendly and even though I was given the wrong order they made it right. The atmosphere was just what I needed to focus on sending emails, working on my website, and other work on laptop. I was able to focus here and the customers were friendly. I recommend here and will be back. The booth where I sat was comfortable and the table was large enough for what I needed to do.
Today I ordered a Bagel Toasted with Cream Cheese - THAT'S IT. I sat and waited patiently for 17 minutes. I kept getting up and checking the orders on the counter for my name - NOTHING. Everyone working saw me kept checking, and no one took initiative to help. But I still waited - thinking mine was coming. After 17 minutes - I finally asked Where is my order.
