A wonderful time at the Starbucks across from Mayfaire. Great location for some night time studying and even better service. Catelynn is the best! Great demeanor when you first walk in the door. Customer service is so important for me and it’s the little things that matter the most. Her kindness to make sure I wasn’t charged more than I should for my modifications, all my discounts came off for stars, and overall care when making my drink, were truly appreciated. Purchased to strawberry crème Frappuccino's blended, they were extremely watery, no flavor and disappointing. I've had this many times at other locations and it was perfect will not come back here
I stop at this store every morning. They are able to accommodate my order without issue. However if I go in the afternoon, they “don’t know how to ring up the order”. I tried to explain to the employee how they ring it up in the morning, and just got a “sorry can’t do that”. Starbucks is really going down hill.
Came to get a late night drink and closed before 10 pm 2nd time this happened this week. And today is 9/21/25 9:55 pm
