malik, i believe his name was, is an amazing individual. as a former partner i believe he deserves all the recognition. so attentive with each customer and had a smile on his face the whole time i was there
Open at 5am thank god as I couldn't sleep due to jetlag and my hotel had no tea or coffee making facilities and I was dying for some caffeine. Thankfully this Starbucks was open and serving. Life savers!!
Interesting layout to this Starbucks. Pretty fantastic customer service thanks to Taylor. She was just a super star. I observed as two customers got unnecessarily snippy but she still kept her cool, remained professional and provided a genuine smile. Our drinks were perfect. The poor rating is due to the atmosphere: There was a short stocky Latina/Asian woman who had clearly taken over a corner of the sitting area with multiple bags.
