Went in for a quick beverage Thursday night, this was my first time at this specific location. The young lady that rung up my order I could just tell she was really sick, yet she still gave me excellent service. She was patient with me while I decided what I wanted. I didn’t catch her name, but she is curvy with reddish hair. Definitely will be coming back.
The place was stinking, the washroom doesn’t lock (that’s shocking), they have messed up my drink several times
This is really unacceptable! I’m 37week pregnant walking around the block and I just when to Starbucks to get some water because I was thirsty but they told me that there policies changed. “Any customers how want to use the bathroom or even get water they need to purchase something” Otherwise they can't give it to you. In my opinion this is really insane. How is possible that a big franchise like Starbucks want you make for purchase something. When water is supposed to be free.
