This Starbucks single handedly has made me take breaks from Starbucks overall because of infuriating it is. I work at 6am so I get my coffee at 6am and because of how early it is I am not too caught up on any "good mornings" or the "Welcome ins" even tho it is nice those RARE times that this starbucks actually does it, I dont care for it too much. I continue to receive bad service by just one individual at the 14 W 23rd Street location, I'm certain her name is Raquelle, often show me attitude for no reason. My goal is to be in and out. I'm still trying to understand why she just can't do her job. She's very unprofessional and rude to me for several months now, I will be reporter her to corporate.

One of the least efficient Starbucks I've ever been to. Take ages for the order to fill and got my order wrong twice and are frequently our of items. Really wish there were more convenient options in the area. Updated one year later and it’s only gotten worse
