I literally just left this Star bucks 10 minutes ago and the young black american lady at the window was customer service was horrible. After providing information and the first thing I wanted, she immediately told me my total when I wanted something else. So, it took more time for her to get the order back up for me to order 2 other items I wanted. Once I came up to the window, her energy was off, no smile or anything. most wonderful staff anywhere plus yum factor
Went and got a white chocolate frap and a Carmel machiato. Both didn't taste like what they where supposed too. The frap only had 4 pumps white chocolate when other locations do 8, it tasted like burnt black coffee(venti btw). The machiato tasted like a hot chocolate.
