Ordered venti cappuccino , twice they made cappuccino and still they couldn't make a right cappuccino. They don't know difference between cappuccino and latte. Starbucks have screwed up after the new management, Customer service is very poor, rude and not worth the money we spend.
I’ve been a regular at my local Starbucks drive-thru, and I have to say, the experience has been nothing short of fantastic—largely due to an exceptional employee named Brian. His friendly demeanor and consistent positivity make my morning coffee runs something I genuinely look forward to!
I stop here sometimes on my way to work in the morning. Everyone is so friendly and upbeat and the drinks are always on point. Yall are the best!
