I went to pick up my Uber Eats order today, and the staff were extremely unfriendly and rude, as if they were being forced to work there at gunpoint. Also, you practically have to beg them for a straw. This was my first and last visit to this location. It’s obvious that Starbucks doesn’t pay its employees enough, because this kind of attitude is what you’d expect from people working for free.
I've gone to so many Starbucks stores over the years, but this one stands out to me. The employees are so kind and they work fast. I'm always surprised when they apologize for a drink taking five minutes, while in other stores I rarely get apologies while the drinks take much longer. Overall, great staff!
I love this location! the staff is always kind and friendly, the space is clean, and they do a wonderful job with the orders! as someone who works a similar job, i understand how things get crazy, but this location is always well managed!!! 💕🩷 i know the cup writing is a new thing, but the message left on mine was so sweet! i was having w bad day and it just made me smile! 😊 😊😊 give everyone a raise. literally they deserve it!!!
