Local for 6 years. Constant customer. Walked in today to use internet and restroom. Was told I could not. INCREDIBLE. I’m officially done with Starbucks forever.
I usually love the staff like ryhlee and the other people. But I went in on 4-22-26 around 5 pm and the staff was horrible. Sam and her other coworkers didnt say anything to me when I walked in nor when I left, she didnt bother to have common conversation when I was ordering. They were to busy using the headsets talking to EACHOTHER as they did their tasks. Went in after an appointment, Melanie (hope I spelled that right) was AMAZING so sweet and kind and had such an amazing attitude 10/10 would go back!
