OK, hate to complain, but the regional management team needs to step in here and either retrain or find new staff. It's mid-day, there is not anyone in line, there is nobody in the drive-thru, three (3) employees tell me "I'll be right with you", the guy is on the drive thru, but like I said, nobody is in the drive thru. Dogshit service can't get the drink correct half the time
Kristen was our barista Sunday morning and we loved her! Best breakfast sandwich ever, served with the nicest smile.
