This is not even a real Starbucks: it’s a franchise owned and operated by the third-rate hotel it’s inside of. The staff are not real Starbucks employees, they are poorly trained hotel staff. This location also uses lower quality ingredients than other Starbucks in order to maximize profits. The worst part, however, is how ridiculously SLOW they are. They really need to change whatever they're using for the cold foam- it tastes terrible now! It wasn’t like this a few months ago. Even the iced shaken espresso doesn’t taste the same anymore. When you're paying $8 for a coffee, it should actually be good.
I specifically came into this Starbucks store to get the highly advertised and alluring beverage Lavender Matcha and to my disappointed this is what I received,I received a basic green matcha latte BS. It looks nothing like the drink that Starbucks advertised with the 2-3 inch Lavender Foam ontop-- tbere was absolutely nothing there.
