This specific location has always been very pleasant and clean Kay always greets me with a smile and insures my order is correct everytime.
Incredibly slow: 22(!) mins from entering the place to getting my coffee…
Of 100+ Starbucks stores this is the slowest I’ve ever seen. Not sure where the system breaks down. If you want to stand around with a frustrated crowd waiting impossibly long even though they ordered ahead, this is your location. Otherwise order from the 46th and Lex location. SBUX should consider closing this one. It’s hurting their brand.
