The girls working there were very loud. They didn’t stop talking and laughing and making weird voices for a second. Not a good place to enjoy your coffee.
Least welcoming staff for sure. Lucy and and the other 2 young ladies gossiping about the customers. Not a good look my girls. Putting your tablet over your face while the other young ladies turn and look at us and when you put it down look and us as well. No others sitting next to us nor outside in the patio. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Not the customer service starbucks is about. Someone needs training again.
I ordered ahead and didn’t realize I ordered at the wrong location. I was super stressed for time and needed to be at a work meeting. I didn’t even have to explain to them the situation or re-order - the (manager I believe) said they would remake it at that location and have it out shortly. Within 5 minutes I had my drink and sandwich. It was 100% my mistake and they didn’t have to take it upon themselves to help me but they did without question.
