Ordered Hot Cocoa, & Java Chip. Asked to use restrooms, & was denied 15 mins prior to closing. Because they cleaned them already. Establishment supposed to have restrooms open till closing. Will not be going back. Awkward atmosphere. Sent us to another non-Starbucks restaurant on another side to try and use restrooms. How rude & inconvenient is this.
