This Starbucks location has poorly trained baristas and consistently disappointing service. This is now the third time this has happened, and I honestly feel ripped off. Ever since they stopped using clear cups, it feels like some employees take advantage of it by being lazy with drinks. I waited about 25 minutes for my order, and I had to follow up just to get it. If I didn’t ask, it probably would’ve taken even longer. The barista’s attitude also felt off, which made the experience disappointing. I also ordered a matcha drink, but it didn’t taste like anything—very bland. I hope they can improve their service and drink quality.

Ordered a pink drink and the first sip I took, it didn’t taste how it usually tastes. When I dumped it out the drink wasn’t pink it was white like there was mostly milk in the drink. I don’t know if they were rushing but they could have double checked it before serving it. Literally ruined my whole morning.

i totally understand starbucks hiring mostly children and taking advantage of them puts a strain on their everyday life but being exasperated about being asked to remake a near $9 coffee bc the customer asked to remove a topping and make it with the corrected protein milk (added charge btw) is totally valid! but talking shit OUT LOUD to your coworker (“they just didn’t want the toppings!”) while side eyeing at said customer who asked politely and apologized for the inconvenience of that task is just… childish? then to turn o... read more
