Ordered a pink drink and the first sip I took, it didn’t taste how it usually tastes. When I dumped it out the drink wasn’t pink it was white like there was mostly milk in the drink. I don’t know if they were rushing but they could have double checked it before serving it. Literally ruined my whole morning.
i totally understand starbucks hiring mostly children and taking advantage of them puts a strain on their everyday life but being exasperated about being asked to remake a near $9 coffee bc the customer asked to remove a topping and make it with the corrected protein milk (added charge btw) is totally valid! but talking shit OUT LOUD to your coworker (“they just didn’t want the toppings!”) while side eyeing at said customer who asked politely and apologized for the inconvenience of that task is just… childish? then to turn o... read more
Staff was friendly, but slow service. Must have been the drive through because there were a lot of worker and no customers waiting inside the store. I requested light ice on all the drinks and they filled with ice, which is frustrating, been happening every time.

The parking lot and drive thru situation are terrible here. Too much crowded in a tiny spot. Service and food/beverage were up to par.
