I’m really disappointed with the service at this Starbucks location. This is now the 4th time I’ve come here, and my order has been wrong every single time because the staff never seem to read the notes or customization on my order. If customers are allowed to customize their orders, the notes should actually be read and followed. First time coming to this Starbucks, first you feel rushed being asked every second anything else anything else , also the drinks wore terrible warm and not cold , we wore handed our sandwich which was terrible no customer service of we are still waiting on your drink nothing , I hesitated to give a tip but thought maybe this person wasn’t having a good day . I have worked in a coffee shop in California and never given service the way I got today . However $29 worth of stuff was thrown away.
