The parking lot and drive thru situation are terrible here. Too much crowded in a tiny spot. Service and food/beverage were up to par.
This place is horrible. Around 2:10PM, I went inside to order a tall medium roast coffee. No coffee order could be simpler than that. 20 minutes after, I asked where’s my coffee. That’s when they started making it. Little things add up. Sometimes, a big company’s downturn is its own little people.
There are many orders and several staff members present, yet only one barista is preparing drinks. It may be more effective to prioritize fulfilling customer orders during peak times and address stocking and cleaning tasks afterward.
