I am a faithful Starbucks Customer. I came in to order an Ice Mocha Latte. Lately the milk had been bothering my stomach. I asked Sam can I tried the Oat and Almond Milk to see which would compliment my drink. She gave me a small sample and I was able to order my drink with no stomach distress. Big Thank you to Sam and her friendly Co-Worker Autum who were both pleasant and very professional.
Really bad customer service, this guy taking order with attitude and my drink was half of it 👎🏼
They treated me horrible I waited a long time for my drink cause tj and some other target employees were talking about betting TJ then started getting a drink ready for the manager I assume and I still had no drink After I got my drink And asked for it to be remade cause it wasn’t made the right way Tj tried to explain that they have no blonde espresso To which at that point I was just so I’m frustrated for the lack of communication and lack of consideration of my time. The normal people definitely were not there today somebody scammed me out my drink, filled my cup up more than half way foam and the remainder drink 😅
