Honestly if i could rate this place 0 stars i would. Both google and apple maps say that this store closes at 12am. I came at 11:50am rushing to get there to get ONE drink and they already had their lobby AND drive thru closed. I tried to open the door to the lobby and call but the workers just looked at me and laughed. Had a mobile order placed. Received text that my order was ready. Got there and my cup was in the mobile pick up empty. Over 7 employees working at the moment and not a single one acknowledged me standing there over 10 minutes. Only to be rudely poured my cup and thrown back in the mobile pick up area when I asked why my cup was empty. I ordered a nitro cold brew. Literally the easiest cup of coffee to pour! Get it together in there rather then being on your phones ignoring customers.
Service was quick! Too quick, apperantly. I ordered at 2 AM July 19th, and while the worker girl was sweet, the brown sugar oatmilk I got was completely bitter and tasted like the coffee grounds are still in it. It didn't even taste like the drink and was pretty watery somehow. Was missing the cinnamon and was mostly ice too. Extremely disappointed, it was barely drinkable.
